Having assisted in numerous transactions, she is passionate about supporting agents by handling the behind-the-scenes details, allowing them to focus on building their business and serving their clients. Maria Bleecher has been Micah’s partner in life and business for over 25 years. Together, they’ve built and sold five successful businesses, including three insurance agencies. A graduate of Benedictine University with a degree in accounting, Maria has been a high-level performer throughout her career.

Now semi-retired, she manages accounting and payroll for Micah’s real estate business while staying connected to the insurance company they sold. Passionate about wellness and organic living, Maria enjoys Pilates, walking, gardening, and organic cooking. She grows her own sprouts, makes cultured yogurt, and devours books with a voracious appetite for learning.
